“Ocean Grove”

A very popular holiday destination with Melbourne locals. On one side of the bridge we have Ocean Grove and on the other Barwon Heads. Both unique destinations in their own right, and also close to 13th Beach and Torquay. This bridge has been upgraded and now provides a fantastic link between the two seaside towns. “Turquoise”

“Turquoise”, a photographic print ready to hang on your walls. Here at Wild Whale Prints, we absolutely love the ocean and all it has to offer. Swimming in it, walking alongside it, floating on it, drawing it or taking photos of it! This is a recent drone photograph of the ocean near Mount Martha on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. It shows the gorgeous turquoise coloured water in all its glory as it hits the rugged rocks on the foreshore. We spent many a time exploring the UK and have many fond memories of the Sussex and Kent coastline at the south of England. The white cliffs of Dover are big and dramatic and draw many a visitor to experience the grand, rugged cliffs that lie adjacent to the English Channel. “Wild Swimming”

Wild and free is how many feel when they head to the coast, especially the ocean. In particular wild swimmers really soak up the serenity and calmness when they submerge themselves into the water. This illustration tries to capture that sense with a very calm sunrise/sunset colour palette. “Point Addis”

One of our favourite spots on the Surf Coast. The amazing Point Addis. This lookout faces back towards the North towards Point Addis beach and further to Bells Beach in the distance. Only 15 minutes up the road from Torquay which marks the start of the Great Ocean Road. If you haven’t made the turn off yet, put it on your bucket list! It’s also a popular surf spot with the locals, but keep that a secret.
