We love the ocean, we love swimming. Put them both together and ocean or wild swimming is one of those activities which can be so beneficial for your soul. It’s where many go to find themselves, to drown out the day to day problems and just chill out in the salty water. These lucky swimmers were out early one calm morning in December next to the Brighton Baths. It was a glorious morning and for them I’m sure an invigorating start to their day. Just keep swimming.
