One morning recently we got up early purposely to capture the sunrise in Barwon Heads and Thirteenth Beach. It was very clear from very early on we were not going to be disappointed with the beautiful, natural colours. As we made our way from Torquay at 5:30am we saw the horizon lighting up with bright pastel colours. As we got closer it changed and developed over time making the drive so very enjoyable. We made our way onto the beach along with a handful of surfers who were also enjoying the beautifully warm morning. This shot is taken about two minutes before the sun started showing itself on the horizon. From 13th Beach we are looking towards The Bluff on the point of Barwon Heads. The surf coast is and hopefully always will be such a gorgeous day trip destination. [The name and white border will appear as part of the final print, however the website watermark will not appear.]
