Our visit to Tasmania in October was sensational. We have visited the apple isle many a time before, but this time we decided to stay in one location for the entire trip. Beautiful Binalong Bay was our home for the week. From here we drove and trekked many a dirt road and visited many sensational locations. We visited beaches, lagoons, rainforests, waterfalls, streams, caves, lighthouses and much, much more. This shot was taken at the base of St Columba Falls, just outside of Pyengana. We were there in the middle of the day but still managed to find a secluded dark spot enabling us to capture a few long exposures.
